Karaoke 5 SOFTWARE - LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE PROGRAM (AND ANY PATCH AND UPDATING), ONLINE OR IN ELECTRONIC FORM (COLLECTIVELY, "Program") IS SUBJECT TO THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT ( "Agreement"). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING AND / OR USING THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, you NOT PERMITTED TO INSTALL, COPY OR USE THE PROGRAM.

LIMITED USE LICENSE: Karaoke 5 The license grants a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, limited right to install and use one copy of the Program on up to three computers in the same person, both in private and public. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. The Program is licensed, not sold. Your license confers no title or ownership in this Program and should not be construed as a sale of any rights in this program. This Agreement shall also apply to any patches or updates that you can get for the Program.

LICENSE CONDITIONS: This license is subject to the following restrictions ( "License Limitations"). Any use of the Program in violation of license restrictions will result in immediate termination of the license, and your continued use of the Program will be a violation of copyright. You agree that will not do, or allow, any of the following: (1) sell this program or its parts without specific authorization; (2) copy, reproduce, distribute any part of this Program except as expressly authorized by Karaoke 5. ; (3) sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer this Program or any copy thereof; (4) reverse engineer, derive source code, modify, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of this Program, in whole or in part; (5) hack or modify the software, or create, develop, modify, distribute; (6) remove, disable or circumvent any proprietary notices or labels contained or within the Program;

PROPERTY ': All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Program and all copies there of are owned by Karaoke 5 Street Magenta 47 , 96010 Sortino Italy. This Program is protected by the copyright laws in Italy, the international copyright treaties and conventions and other laws.

PATCHES AND UPDATES: Karaoke 5 has an automatic update system and can be updated remotely.

TERM: This Agreement will terminate automatically if you do not respect the terms and conditions. In this case, you must destroy all copies of this program and all its components. You may also terminate the contract at any time eliminating any Program installation, and destroying all copies of the same program.

PRIVACY: The personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of assigning the license to use and other purposes consistent with it. The treatment is done through automated tools (eg. Using electronic procedures) and / or manually (eg. On paper) for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected, however, in accordance with current regulations.
